One step BC-X90 plastic food container thermoforming machine

What this machine can do?

The Machine produces tableware by using  a variety of raw materials such as PP(poly propylene), PS, PE, Calcium carbonate, plant fiber, Corn starch, Bamboo powder, Wood powder, Husk, Straw, and so on.  It is able to manufacture a great variety of products as follows: bowl, cup, plate, dish, lunch box, cleaned vegetable tray etc. The daily output of machine reaches 130,000 pcs to 150.000pics of lunch box. By changing moulds, it can make packing furnished with ultraviolet ray sterilizing line and automatic water temperature adjusting system. We also provide double-Screw(two colors) and Triple-Screw machine, this machine is able to produce 3 layers, 4 layers, 5 layers products. The X-90 Production line is able to produce tableware with 70% starch. We also provide the formular of producing corn starch and plant fiber tableware.

Function and structure Introduction

First, the host part of the twin-screw

Twin-screw host is by AC motor, coupling, reducer distribution boxes, lubricating oil system, the main feeder, Simplified screw, heating system, soft water system, vacuum system, take the trunking box fuselage so on.
