Shape Molding Machine Introduction
Convenient installation, no need build high operation plateform.
Easy-to-replace guide sleeve and super wear-resistant self-lubricating copper sleeve
Adopts normal pressure, vacuum for high pressurized filling.
Adopts balanced PID control valve with gauge.
Big vacuum pump with vertical tank, equipped with vertical vacuum cooling water spray on the top. The vacuum pump outlet has air & water separator. All these keep very high efficiency, so that vacuum cooling will be used as main cooling instead of water cooling(normally water cooling will be set up only 8-12S), which will keep the water content of product less than 10%.
Adopts PLC and touch screen makes operation easy.
All electronic components are from selected brands, which will greatly improve the machines stability.
The air cooling, steam, de-mould, pressure of filling are controlled by long-distance balance valve.
