GBM/FPB-2000-6000 Block Molding Machine

The GBM/FPB block machine is high efficient equipment, it will made more blocks by short cycles. Available in different specifications and sizes, sustained and sturdier.
Main Features:
Machine advantage:
a. The eps block machine cavity will be welded onto strong rectangular tubes and steel plates which will give higher frame strength for safety.
b. All block mold frames will be heat-treated to release the welding stress, so the frames will not deform. The machines will be sturdy and durable.
c. After heat treatment, all mold frames will be processed through sand treatment to clean the rust away, and then under coat and fishing coat are greatly improved, for anticorrosion performance. So that the machine will have long life.
d. Adopts three gauges and safety valve for multi-safety protection. The eps block moulding machine will be tested by pressure and actions (many steps), to ensure the machine is stable and safe.
Steam system: Three ball valves, compared to one big steam valve control system, saves 20% steam, with ISO-standard butterfly valves, which greatly improves stability and increases the life of eps block machine.
Control System：
a. PLC and touch screen makes the block moulding machine easily operate.
b. The EPS block moulding machine equipped material level sensor to control the filling. The block cooling is controlled by foam pressure sensor. The whole procedure for filling, heating, cooling will be controlled automatically by PLC.
